How do I view my recent Webflow charges?

Updated

If you have access to your Webflow account, you can view a list of all charges associated with your Workspace(s). If you can’t access your Webflow account, please follow this help article to regain access first. To view your invoices:

  1. Open the Workspace for which you’d like to view invoices
  2. Go to Workspace settings > Billing (i.e., click Billing in the left Workspace settings panel)
  3. Scroll to the All invoices section to see a full history of charges

Each line includes the invoice date, description, and charge amount. To view or download the full invoice, click Download PDF.

Note

Invoices are Workspace-specific, so you’ll need to check each Workspace individually if you have more than one.

I can’t find the invoice for the charge

If you can’t find the invoice for the charge you’ve received, it may relate to a different Workspace or account. Follow these steps to check if you’re part of any other Workspace or have another Webflow account.

Check if you’re part of another Workspace

To view a list of Workspaces that you’re a member of:

  1. Open your Webflow Dashboard
  2. Click the Account dropdown menu
  3. Click Workspaces

If there is more than one Workspace listed, click the name of each one to open it and follow the steps above to view all invoices for your Workspace.

If you’re part of an organization, please check with your IT department to find out if there are any other Workspaces using the same payment method.

Check if you have another Webflow account

If you have more than one email address, you may have more than one Webflow account. To find out if you have a Webflow account with a different email address:

  1. Sign out of your Webflow account
  2. Go to the forgot password page
  3. Enter the email address you’d like to check
  4. Click Send instructions

If you have a Webflow account with that email address, you’ll receive an email from Webflow with instructions on how to reset your password. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders for the password reset email. If you don’t receive an email, there isn’t a Webflow account associated with that email.

If you’re part of an organization, please check with your IT department to find out if there are any other Webflow accounts using the same payment method.

I’ve found the invoice, but I don’t know what it’s for

If you’ve located the invoice but you’re unsure what the charge is for, it may relate to a plan that’s automatically renewed, a Site plan add-on, or an automatic plan upgrade for exceeding your site’s bandwidth limit.

Automatic Workspace or Site plan renewal

Webflow offers two main types of plans — Workspace and Site plans — which can be billed monthly or yearly:

  • A paid Site plan applies to an individual website, unlocking the ability to publish to a custom domain
  • A paid Workspace plan gives you access to enhanced staging capabilities and advanced collaboration features

At the end of the billing period, active plans renew automatically and your payment card is charged.

You can have a paid Workspace plan without a paid Site plan, or paid Site plan without a paid Workspace plan, depending on your needs. If you find that the charge is for a plan you don’t need, you can cancel it to avoid further charges:

Site plan add-on charges

Add-ons are chargeable additions to Site plans, which extend the capabilities or limits of your site. Add-ons renew at the same time as your Site plan and are billed on the same invoice. You can view a list of active add-ons for a site by going to Site settings > Plans > Add-ons. If you no longer need it, you can cancel an add-on to avoid further charges.

Automatic Site plan upgrade for exceeding bandwidth limit

Site plans have a monthly bandwidth limit. If your site exceeds its bandwidth limit in two consecutive months, it’ll be automatically upgraded to the appropriate Site plan or add-on with a higher bandwidth limit and you’ll be charged an additional fee. To view your site’s bandwidth usage, go to Site settings > Site usage.

I still can’t identify the charge

If you’ve checked the invoices for all of your Workspaces and accounts but still don’t recognize the charge, please let us know by completing the unrecognized charge form on our support portal.
