Site plan changes FAQs
Good to know
If you switch from monthly to yearly billing before the Site plan changes go into effect for your account, you can lock in your current plan for one more year.
I'm on a Basic plan — what's changing for me?
Here's what to expect:
-
Plan price — increases to $15/month (yearly) or $25/month (monthly)
-
Static page limit — increases from 150 to 300 pages
If you're an existing customer, no changes will occur before the Site plan changes go into effect for your account. On or after that date, the above changes take effect at your next renewal or if you make a billable change.
I'm on the CMS plan — what's changing for me?
Here's what to expect:
-
Plan price — increases to $25/month (yearly) or $39/month (monthly)
-
Static pages — increases from 150 to 300
-
CMS items — increases from 2,000 to 20,000
-
CMS Collections — increases from 20 to 40
-
Webflow Cloud — usage limits increase across the board, including web app requests (1M to 2M/month), CPU usage (15 to 30/month), and other limits across SQLite, key-value store, and object storage
-
New features — file form upload, well-known files, and faster search indexing are now included
If you're an existing customer, no changes will occur before the Site plan changes go into effect for your account. On or after that date, your site will be automatically migrated to the Premium plan at your next renewal date or if you make a billable change.
I'm on the Business plan — what's changing for me?
Here's what to expect:
-
Plan price — decreases to $25/month (yearly) or $39/month (monthly)
-
CMS items — increases from 10,000 to 20,000. If you have a CMS items add-on, it will be removed at renewal since the new item limit covers what it previously unlocked.
-
Bandwidth — decreases from 100GB to 50GB; if your site has exceeded 50GB in the past two billing months, Bandwidth add-ons will be added to your Site plan to cover your usage
-
Webflow Cloud — usage limits decrease across the board, including web app requests (10M to 2M/month), CPU usage (120 to 30/month), and other limits across SQLite, key-value store, and object storage
If you're an existing customer, no changes will occur before the Site plan changes go into effect for your account. On or after that date, your site will be automatically migrated to the Premium plan at your next renewal date or if you make a billable change.
I'm on an Ecommerce plan — what's changing for me?
Nothing is changing for the Ecommerce Site plans at this time.
What counts as a billable change?
A billable change is any of the following:
- Upgrading or downgrading your base Site plan
- Switching between billing cycles (i.e., monthly vs. yearly billing)
What if I need more bandwidth on the Premium plan?
The Premium Site plan lets you purchase additional bandwidth add-ons.
-
Bandwidth — add extra bandwidth starting at an extra 50GB up to 2.5TB total
Visit our pricing page for more details and pricing info.
What happened to CMS items add-ons?
CMS items add-ons have been removed. The Premium plan now includes 20,000 CMS items — enough to cover what the add-ons were previously available for. If you had a CMS items add-on on a Business plan, the add-on cost will be removed from your subscription and those CMS items are now included in your Premium plan for no additional cost.
I'm on the Business plan — how does my bandwidth usage affect my price?
It depends on your billing cycle, bandwidth usage, and if you had CMS item add-ons. You can use our pricing change calculator to determine your new price. Below are a few examples, with pricing in USD.

Team plan FAQ
What makes the Team plan different from other Webflow plans?
Most Webflow plans are purchased separately — you choose a Workspace plan, a Site plan, and add-ons independently. The Team plan bundles all into a single all-in-one plan designed for fast-growing teams that have outgrown self-serve but aren't quite ready for Enterprise. It includes a site with 100 CMS Collections, 10 seats, Localization, and features previously not available on self-serve like our new AEO agents, page branching, single-page publishing, and so much more.
Can I purchase more sites on the Team plan?
Yes, you can discuss that when you speak to the Webflow team.
Is the Team plan available for monthly billing?
No. The Team plan is only available for annual billing.
How do I get the Team plan?
To get started, reach out to the Webflow team from the pricing page.
