Once your freelancer or agency sends a client payments request, you’ll take over the billing for your Webflow site in just a few steps.To accept a payments request, make sure:You have access to the email address to which your freelancer or agency sent the requestYou have a Webflow account using the same email that received the payment invitation requestHow to accept a client payments requestOpen the email from Webflow about your client payments requestClick Accept request in the emailLog into your Webflow account — or create one using the same email that received the requestFollow the prompts to enter your billing informationClick Add payment methodChoose your billing frequency (monthly or annual)Click Pay now to complete the checkoutAfter you accept the request, you’ll take over the site’s billing. This includes Site plan charges, bandwidth, and any add-ons like Webflow Analyze, Optimize, or Localization.Manage payments after checkoutOnce you’ve taken over billing, you’ll notice a Payments tab in your Dashboard. From there, you can:View paid, unpaid, declined, or upcoming invoicesMonitor charges for your Site plan and add-onsUpdate, cancel, or change your Site planNoteYou can update your billing info or switch between monthly and annual billing anytime.
