Workspace settings overview

Learn how to manage your Workspace settings.

You can access all of your Workspace settings from the Dashboard’s default page. Settings are grouped by categories on the left sidebar.

  1. Open the Workspace you want to review
  2. Click a category on the left sidebar to review and adjust your settings

General

Here, you can change the name of your Workspace, upload an image to replace the default Workspace icon, choose a default Workspace to display after logging in, change default site access for team members, or archive your Workspace.

Team

Here, you can review the members of your Workspace and how many Workspace seats they fill. You can also manage your team members and your Workspace seats. Additionally, you can change team members’ Workspace-level permissions.

Plans

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch the billing frequency of your Workspace plan from here as well as add additional seats to your Workspace through the upgrade process. Switch between the For in-house teams tab and For freelancers & agencies tab to review each set of plans.

Billing

Here, you can view invoices and billing frequency for your current Workspace plan, purchased seats, Site plans, and Workspace Add-ons. You can also view and update your payment card. Learn more about Workspace billing and invoices.

Apps & Integrations

Here, you can manage your Apps and third-party integrations under the following sections:

  • Adobe fonts
  • Workspace Apps (e.g., registered applications that you’ve created)
  • Connected Apps (i.e., third-party Apps that have been granted access to your Workspace and/or site data)
  • Marketing automation integrations (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)

Templates & Libraries

Here, you can review your existing templates and libraries, where the following details are displayed:

  • Shared Workspace templates — displays any sites you’ve set up to be used as a shared Workspace template
  • Purchased templates — displays a list of your purchased templates and their associated details
  • Purchased libraries — displays a list of your purchased libraries and their associated details
