See which roles can view, create, and launch campaigns, and who can install Campaigns apps.
Campaigns uses native Webflow Site roles to define permissions. If you already have a Workspace with an existing team, your team's existing access carries over. Here's which Site roles can manage campaigns, publish pages, and install apps.
What each role can do
Site manager and Designer can view and manage campaigns. Marketer, Content editor, and Reviewer can view campaigns only. With view access, you can open the campaign hub, switch between campaigns, and see the plan, page, and reports.

Custom roles and permissions
Custom roles carry over to Campaigns. For example, a custom role that blocks publishing also blocks launching a campaign. Site-specific access works the same way it does for sites.
In addition to the Designer role or above, these actions require specific permissions:
-
Create a campaign — also requires permission to create pages
-
Launch a campaign — also requires permission to publish
-
Create a campaign hub — also requires permission to create sites in the Workspace
