Create a new campaign hub

Requirements

Set up a hub to hold your campaigns and extract your brand for every page you generate.

Good to know

This feature consumes Webflow AI credits. Learn more about Webflow AI credits.

Think of a campaign hub as a big folder for all of your campaigns. A hub can hold many campaigns, but it has only one brand and one domain, which keeps every page and ad inside it consistent.

To set one up, you provide a URL and Campaigns uses AI to extract your full brand system, including colors, typography, and voice. Every landing page and ad you generate draws from it, so you only set up your brand once.

If you work with multiple brands or business units, create a separate hub for each one.

Before you get started

These steps walk through creating your first campaign hub. If you already have a hub and want to add another campaign to it, see Create a new campaign page.

Set up your hub

The sections below cover each stage in more detail. To create a campaign hub from your Webflow dashboard:

  1. Click Campaigns in the left panel
  2. Click Create hub
  3. Type in a name for your campaign hub
  4. Click Continue
  5. Type in the URL of a live site that represents your latest brand, such as your homepage
  6. Click Import brand

Note

Brand extraction can take a few minutes.

Brand extraction

Campaigns uses AI to extract your brand from the URL you provide, including concrete values like colors and fonts as well as brand voice and expression cues. Together, these feed the variables and styles your generated pages are built from.

What extracts well

For the best results, use a live marketing site that represents your latest brand. Your homepage works well. Sites with clear brand systems extract cleanly, including distinct primary, accent, and neutral colors, consistent typography, and recognizable section patterns.

When to hand-tune your brand

Some sites need manual adjustment after extraction:

  • Low-contrast palettes — colors that sit close together in tone can produce a color matrix that needs hand-tuning
  • Gradient-heavy backgrounds — gradients don’t extract as cleanly as solid colors
  • Highly custom display fonts — these often fall back to web-safe equivalents

You can override any extracted color or font.

Review and edit your brand

After Campaigns extracts your brand, you can fine-tune it to match your preferences. To run the extraction again, click Try again at the top.

To edit part of your brand:

  1. Hover over a brand element (e.g., a color, logo, font)
  2. Click the Edit icon or adjust values (e.g., hex code)
  3. Make your changes

Click Confirm at the top when you’re done reviewing your brand. You can edit your brand later.

Tracking settings

Tracking is off by default for a new campaign hub, so core metrics like total sessions and unique visitors won’t appear in your campaign reporting until you turn it on. When you do, you can also choose whether visitors can opt out or must opt in, depending on where they’re located.

Tracking settings apply to the whole hub, so publish or republish each campaign after you turn tracking on for the change to take effect. Learn how to enable or disable tracking for a campaign hub. Then see Review your campaign’s performance for what the reporting includes.

Generate your first campaign

After you confirm your brand, Campaigns opens Get started, where you describe your first campaign. You choose a campaign type, describe what you want, and optionally attach a brief. Campaigns then generates a brief for you to review and builds your landing page, which can take a few minutes.

For the full walkthrough, from describing your campaign to publishing it, see Create a new campaign page.
