Learn how to apply for the Webflow nonprofit discount.
Webflow offers a 50% discount off an annual Premium Site plan for 12 months for eligible nonprofit organizations. To qualify for the discount and receive your promo code, you must provide proof of your organization's nonprofit status — for example, an IRS determination letter (US 501(c)(3)) or charity registration certificate.
Eligible organizations
To qualify for the Webflow NPO discount, your nonprofit organization must be primarily engaged in one or more of the following:
- Charitable work
- Religious missions
- Educational initiatives
- Scientific research
- Literary pursuits
- Public safety testing
- Fostering amateur sports competition
- Preventing cruelty to children or animals
Discount details
The Webflow NPO discount gives eligible nonprofits 50% off a new Premium Site plan that is billed yearly for 12 months. The discount doesn't apply to any other Site plans, Platform plans, Ecommerce plans, Workspace plans, or add-ons. Full details of the offer:

How to apply for the Webflow NPO discount
To apply for the Webflow NPO discount:

Gather your documentation: collect an official government document confirming your nonprofit status — accepted documents include:
- IRS determination letter (US 501(c)(3))
- Charity registration certificate
- Government-issued incorporation document
- Tax exemption ruling from a national, state, or provincial authority
- Foreign equivalents of any of the above, in any language

Submit your application: go to the nonprofit discount request form, complete all required fields, and submit the form. You'll need:
- Your organization name and country
- Your government registration number, if you have one
- Your verification document (PDF, JPG, or PNG)
Once you submit the form, a support request is automatically created. We'll review your application and you'll receive a decision within one business day. You can view your request by visiting the Support Portal and clicking My requests.
Good to know
If you manage multiple nonprofit sites across different Workspaces,
you'll need to submit a separate request for each. You can apply
on behalf of a nonprofit you work with, even if it's not your own
organization — just include that nonprofit's verification document
and organization details when submitting the form. You don't need
a role in their Workspace to apply.
If your application is approved
If your application is approved, you'll receive an automated response to your support request within one business day that includes your 50%-off promo code. Add your promo code at checkout when purchasing a new Premium Site plan.
Important
The NPO promo code only applies to a new Premium Site plan
at checkout. It can't be added to an existing active plan, and Webflow
Support can't apply it manually.
If you already have a paid Site plan and want to use the discount,
you'll need to cancel your current plan and purchase a new annual
Premium Site plan with your promo code. Two things to know before
you do:

You won't be refunded or credited for unused time.
Cancelling mid-cycle forfeits the remainder of your current billing
period — that time isn't prorated or credited to your account.

Your site will go offline. Cancelling downgrades
you to the free Starter plan, which disconnects your custom domain
and takes your site down until you buy the new plan and reconnect
it.

If your current plan is close to renewing, the best option is to wait until it ends, then apply and purchase the new discounted plan. If you're unsure about timing, reply to your support request and Webflow Support can help.
If your application is rejected
If your application is rejected and you believe it's an error, reply to your support ticket with an alternative document confirming your nonprofit status.
When your discount ends
Your discounted plan renews automatically after 12 months at full price — without the 50% discount. To keep the discount, cancel your Site plan before it renews, submit a new application, and purchase a new annual Premium Site plan with your new promo code. Cancelling takes your site offline until you buy the new plan, so you'll need to reconnect your custom domain afterward.
