A Workspace is a space where you stage sites — and where you can invite teammates and clients to work on sites together. Upgrading your Workspace plan gives you access to enhanced staging capabilities and advanced collaboration features. Pick a plan based on what your team wants to accomplish. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime as your needs evolve.

Compare each Workspace plan

All Workspace plans include:

1 full seat for the Workspace owner
Ability to add up to 100 free Reviewer seats and purchase unlimited full or limited seats
Ability to have unlimited hosted sites (i.e., sites with paid plans)

Starter Workspace

The Starter Workspace is provided to everyone who signs up for Webflow for free and includes:

Two webflow.io unhosted sites (i.e., sites without a paid plan used for staging)
Two static pages per site
50 CMS items per site
Ability to invite two Agency or Freelancer guests

Core and Growth Workspace plans for teams that build their own sites

Both plans offer some of the same features, like 300 static pages per site, 50 CMS items per page, and the ability to add custom code. Here are the main differences between these plans:

Both plans offer some of the same features, like 300 static pages per site, 10,000 CMS items per page, and the ability to add custom code, assign site-specific access, and export a website as code. Here are the main differences between these plans:

How to review your current Workspace plan

To view your current Workspace plan:

Open the Workspace for which you’d like to view your plan
Click Plans
Click the For freelancers & agencies tab to review those plans

There, you can review all Workspace plan features and upgrade or downgrade your Workspace plan.

Important

Each Workspace supports one credit card on file, which will be used for all Workspace plans, Site plans (i.e., site hosting), Seats, and add-ons purchased within that Workspace. You can update the Workspace’s credit card before making a purchase to pay for something on another card. If you have multiple Workspaces, each Workspace may have a unique credit card on file.
