Feature sunsets/deprecations

Updated

Logic & User Accounts

With our shift to a Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’ve made the strategic decision to sunset Logic and User Accounts in favor of our vetted app partners that are purpose-built for workflow automation and memberships experiences.

As of June 27, 2025, Logic is no longer available, and User Accounts will no longer be available effective January 29, 2026.

To ease your transition away from these features, we’ve worked with our vetted app partners to provide special discounts for Webflow customers moving to their services. Additionally, we’ve handpicked a list of certified Webflow agency partners with experience implementing third-party workflow automation and membership solutions that are ready to support you with your transition.

The legacy Editor

Good to know

The legacy Editorand whitelabeling will no longer be available starting August 4, 2026. Existing legacy Editor users will automatically be given access to a free client seat or limited seat as part of the migration. Review our blog announcement for detailed info on the deprecation and an expanded timeline.

With this change, you can move beyond the legacy Editor’s one-size-fits-all approach and tailor access using seats, roles, and permissions. This unlocks a more flexible and powerful way for teams and clients to collaborate safely, with clear guardrails that match each user’s role and responsibilities.
