Frequently asked questions

Why can’t I find one of my submitted tickets?
Make sure you’re logged in with the same email address you used to submit the ticket. Tickets submitted under a different email address won’t appear.

Can I view or manage tickets submitted by someone else?
No — support tickets are tied to individual email addresses. Each user can only see and manage their own submitted tickets.

Will I receive email updates about my tickets?
Yes — you’ll get email notifications whenever your ticket status changes or Webflow Support responds to your request.
