I signed up for a Webflow account but didn't receive the verification email. What should I do?

Learn how to troubleshoot issues receiving your Webflow account verification email.

After signing up for a Webflow account, you’ll need to verify your email address to get started. We’ll send the verification email to the email address you provided, but if it doesn’t arrive, try these steps:

  1. Confirm you’re checking the inbox of the correct email address
Make sure you’re checking the email address you used to sign up for Webflow. You can find the email associated with your account under Account settings > Email & notifications.
  2. Check your spam and/or junk folder
Sometimes, verification emails end up in these folders, so it’s worth checking there. If you find it, be sure to mark Webflow as a safe sender to avoid missing future emails.
  3. Try resending the verification email
If you still don’t have the verification email, try resending it from your Webflow Dashboard. You’ll see a banner at the top of the page with the option to resend the verification email.
  4. Still not receiving the email?
If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received the verification email, please contact Webflow support for further assistance.
