Create a new campaign page

Updated
Requirements

Add a new on-brand campaign page to an existing campaign hub.

Good to know

This feature consumes Webflow AI credits. Learn more about Webflow AI credits.

Your campaign hub already knows your brand, so starting a new campaign takes only a short description of what you’re promoting. Campaigns turns it into an on-brand landing page you can review, edit, and publish.

Create a new campaign

Before you get started

The following steps assume you've already created a campaign hub and are adding a new campaign to it. If you haven't created a hub yet, see Create a new campaign hub.

To create a new campaign:

  1. Open a campaign hub from the Webflow dashboard
  2. Go to the Get started tab, or click New campaign on the All campaigns tab
  3. Describe your campaign (see below), then click Continue

Pro tip

If you’re already working in a campaign, click the Campaigns dropdown at the top, then click the + icon to start a new one.

Type

Choose a campaign type to help Campaigns frame your landing page: Lead gen, Gated content, Meetup, Webinar, or Product feature. If you don't choose one, Campaigns picks a type for you.

Description

Tell Campaigns about your goals, audience, and key messages. You can also say what to focus on and what kinds of elements you want on the page.

Attach a brief and reference materials

Click the + icon to attach source material, such as a marketing brief, presentation, or reference document. Campaigns uses it to build out your page, so if you already have a brief for this campaign, attaching it is a great way to start.

A good brief captures who you're targeting, what you're offering, and what success looks like. For example:

  • Who your audience is and what they care about
  • What offer you're presenting
  • What conversion you want
  • The tone and voice for the page
  • Any constraints, such as timing, regions, or compliance language

Review your brief and generate the landing page

Campaigns creates a brief from your description and any attached materials. The more specific your brief, the better the page reflects your goals, so consider adding customer quotes, key stats, and proof points.

To review your brief and generate the page:

  1. Review the brief Campaigns creates
  2. Edit any details you want to change
  3. Click Generate

Campaigns builds an editable Webflow page from your brief and brand. Page generation can take a few minutes. From there, you can rewrite copy, swap images, reorder sections, and add new content without touching code.

Review and publish your campaign

If your description and attached materials didn't include enough specifics, the first draft may include placeholders, such as "TODO: stat figure." Review the page and add any missing details or images.

Share your page for review

Want feedback before you publish? Invite teammates or stakeholders to review your page and leave comments. Select the Reviewer role if you want to send a comment-only link to them.

To invite someone to review your page:

  1. Click Share at the top
  2. Type in the email address of the person you want to invite
  3. Choose a role from the dropdown (e.g., Reviewer)
  4. Click Invite

Publish your page

When you're ready for the page to go live, click Publish > Publish to selected domain at the top. You can publish to staging or your custom domain. Once the page is live, you can track how it's performing in Manage campaigns and see top-level metrics, as long as tracking is turned on.
