FAQ

How does the Finsweet Components App work?

Finsweet Components are free to use on staging .webflow.io URLs. If you want to use Finsweet Components on your custom domain, you’ll need an active Finsweet plan. Finsweet’s Subscriptions and Project Lifetime plans are per project — that is, each project that uses Finsweet Components in production requires an active plan.

I implemented the integration as suggested, but the Scripts tab still shows an error message.

The Finsweet Components App is based on your published site. If you’ve made any changes to your Insights (i.e., Analyze & Optimize) and/or Cookie Consent settings, publish your site, then go to the Scripts tab and click Rescan project.

I published the site, but the Cookie Consent banner isn’t displaying on my custom domain.

You need a paid Finsweet plan or subscription to use the Cookie Consent banner on your custom domain.
