Track form submits, pipeline impact, and account engagement for your campaign page.
Campaign reporting shows how your page is performing, from form submits to the pipeline they generate to the accounts engaging with your content. You get a single view of performance, plus recommendations to help you improve it.
What you need to get started
Campaign reporting only shows data once a few things are in place:
Review your campaign metrics
To view your campaign's reporting:
- Open your campaign page in Webflow
- Click the View campaign reporting icon at the top of the page
An analytics panel opens with your campaign's key metrics. Use the device filter and date range at the top of the panel to narrow the data to a specific window. Below the filters, you'll see:
-
Total sessions — the total number of visits to the page, including repeat visits from the same person
-
Unique visitors — the number of distinct people who visited the page, counted once regardless of how many times they returned
-
Form submits — the total number of form submissions, along with the conversion rate
-
Pipeline influenced — the opportunities and revenue tied to those submissions, synced from your connected CRM
How pipeline influenced is calculated
Campaigns counts a form submission toward pipeline influenced when it's connected to an opportunity that was eligible to be influenced at the time of the submission. Right now, that means opportunities that were last updated in your CRM after the form submission happened.
This includes opportunities that were open when the form was submitted and opportunities created afterward. Opportunities that were already closed before the submission aren't counted, since closing them updates them before the form fill.
Review recommendations
The Recommendations panel surfaces suggestions for improving your page's performance, like a drop in click-through rate before visitors reach your call to action. Recommendations appear one at a time, and you can move through them using the arrows next to the counter (for example, 1/3).
For each recommendation, you can:
-
Review — see more detail or take the suggested action
-
Dismiss — remove the recommendation without acting on it
Review engaged accounts
The Engaged accounts table shows which accounts submitted forms on your campaign page, matched to your CRM. Visitors who click around but don't submit a form aren't included. Each row lists the account name, when they last engaged, and how many submissions they've made.
Click Show all to see the full list of engaged accounts.
