Ask a connected AI tool about your site's performance without opening Webflow Analyze.
You can access your Webflow Analyze data through the Webflow MCP server, so a connected AI tool — like Claude or Cursor — can answer questions about your site's performance. Use it to summarize traffic trends, understand where visitors are coming from, or compare results across date ranges.
Understand what you can ask
An agent can read the same site performance data you can view in Webflow Analyze:
-
Traffic over time — sessions, visitors, pageviews, and period-over-period comparisons across a date range
-
Top pages — your most-visited pages, with each page's traffic
-
Traffic sources — where your visitors come from, broken down by channel, source, country, device, UTM campaign, and more.
-
Top events — the engagement events happening most often across your site
-
Time on page — the average time visitors spend on your site or a specific page
An agent can also combine this data into a single performance summary. For example, you can ask, "How is my site doing this week compared to last week?" and get a summary that draws on multiple Analyze reports.
Ask about your site's performance
Once your AI tool is connected, you can ask about your site's performance in plain language. The agent uses the relevant Analyze data to answer. For example:
- "How much traffic came from search engines last month?"
- "What are the top events on my site this month?"
- "What are my top pages over the last 30 days?"
You can ask follow-up questions in the same chat to compare results, change the date range, or turn the answer into a summary.
Use Analyze insights in other tools
You can also reuse Analyze insights in other connected tools. For example, you could ask the agent to turn a performance summary into a Slack update, create a table for a report, or draft a recap for your team.
What's available now
Currently, connected AI tools can read site-level performance data only. Page-level analysis, goal reporting, and filtered queries aren't available yet, but they're planned for a future update.
Note
Using Analyze data through the MCP server doesn't use AI credits. A connected agent reads the same site performance data you can already see in Webflow Analyze, only for the sites you've authorized, and it follows your site's data-collection settings.
