Upgrade your Workspace plan

When you or your team sign up for Webflow, you’ll begin with a free Starter Workspace. As your team grows and your needs scale, you can upgrade your current Workspace plan to a different plan to unlock additional capabilities like Workspace roles and permissions, custom code for all sites in your Workspace, and more. Learn more about Workspace plans.

To upgrade your Workspace plan, first open the Workspace you’d like to upgrade. Then:

1. Click Plans in the left sidebar
2. Click Upgrade under the Workspace plan that fits your needs (from either the For in-house teams tab or the For freelancers & agencies tab)
3. Choose the number of seats on your plan (you can always add or remove seats later if you need)
4. Choose your plan’s billing frequency (i.e., yearly or monthly)
5. Add your payment information
6. (Optional) Enter a promo code if you have one
7. Pay for your plan

Note: If you want to keep your free Starter Workspace plan for yourself and add a new, paid Workspace plan for collaboration with teammates, follow the steps outlined in our lesson on creating a Workspace.
