The portal lets you request the following documents:

  • W-9 — Webflow's Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification
  • Tax Residency Certificate (Form 6166) — confirms Webflow's tax residency status
  • PE Statement — a statement related to permanent establishment
  • Form 41 (formerly Form 10F) — used to claim tax treaty benefits under India's Income Tax Act; renamed from Form 10F effective FY 2026-27
  • MOD 21-RFI — used in Portugal to apply for relief from double taxation under international tax treaties
