Update your text notification settings

Manage your text notifications for billing issues.

In Workspace settings > Billing > Invoice settings, you can choose to receive (or not receive) text message notifications at your preferred phone number about any billing issues.

To enable text notifications:

  1. Go to Workspace settings > Billing > Invoice settings
  2. Toggle “Receive text notifications for billing issues” on
  3. Choose your country code
  4. Type in your phone number
  5. Save your changes

Your wireless provider’s standard messaging rates apply. You can opt out of any of these notifications at any time by toggling “Receive text notifications for billing issues” off.
