Export Analyze/Optimize data to Google Sheets

Learn how to export Analyze/Optimize analytics data to Google Sheets.

This feature is only available on specific Enterprise plans.

Connect Analyze/Optimize to a Google Sheet to export analytics data to a sheet. Once the Google Sheet is configured, you can complete the set up to start sending newly collected site data to that Google Sheet automatically.

Step 1: Configure Google Sheets (developers)

Before you can export data to Google Sheets, your developers need to configure a Google Sheet and provide you with the sheet's URL that you'll enter in your Analyze/Optimize settings during step 2.

Step 2: Configure Analyze/Optimize

Once you have the Google Sheet URL, use the following steps to finish the set up.

Open your site in Webflow, then:

  1. Go to the Insights tab > Integrations > Data Export integrations tab
  2. Click Connect data destination under "Data Exports"
  3. Select Google Sheets
  4. Enter the spreadsheet URL
  5. Click Test connection (review the troubleshooting info if the test fails)
  6. Click Save if the test was successful

Newly collected data will be exported on a nightly basis (every 24 hours). Historic data is not exported.

Good to know

It's not yet possible to disconnect a data destination from settings. Contact support to disconnect one.

Troubleshooting

If Test connection produces an error, it means the URL you entered is invalid or the developers didn't configure Google Sheets according to the provided documentation.

Check with the developers to see if the info they provided you is accurate and provide them with the Google Sheets configuration doc so they can verify it's correctly configured.
