Manage your Analyze or Optimize add-on

Learn how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Analyze or Optimize add-on.

Your site’s needs can change — and your Analyze and Optimize add-ons can change with them. You can adjust your plan to match your traffic volume, or cancel an add-on entirely if it’s no longer needed.

Upgrade or downgrade Analyze or Optimize

From the Webflow dashboard:

  1. Go to Site settings > Plans > Add ons
  2. Click Manage under Analyze or Optimize
  3. Choose a new plan from the dropdown
  4. Click Pay now

Cancel Analyze or Optimize

You need to disable Analyze/Optimize within your Webflow site before you can cancel the add-on.

Disable Analyze or Optimize

Open your site in Webflow, then:

  1. Go to the Insights tab > Settings > Tracking
  2. Toggle Start tracking visitor behavior data to Off
  3. Publish your site

Cancel the Analyze or Optimize add-on

From the Webflow dashboard:

  1. Go to Site settings > Plans > Add ons
  2. Click Manage under Analyze or Optimize
  3. Click Remove add-on from the dropdown
  4. Click Confirm to immediately cancel your add-on
