Manage add-ons

Extend your site's capabilities and limits with optional add-ons.

Add-ons are optional upgrades you can purchase for Workspace plans and Site plans. They let you increase limits or unlock features beyond what your base plan includes, so you can scale your site without changing plans entirely.

Manage site add-ons

Site add-ons are managed from Site settings > Plans and include Localize, Analyze, Optimize, and Bandwidth.

Important

Site add-ons are not available for sites on a Starter or Ecommerce Site plan. The Bandwidth add-on can only be added to sites with a Premium Site plan (or legacy Business Site plan).

Purchase a site add-on

You can only purchase an add-on you haven't already purchased for your site. For example, if you already purchased 50GB of bandwidth and want an additional 50GB, you should choose the 100GB option when purchasing your new bandwidth add-on.

To purchase a site add-on:

  1. Go to Site settings > Plans > Add-ons tab
  2. Click Get started under the add-on you want (i.e., Localize, Analyze, Optimize, and Bandwidth)
  3. Choose your quantity or tier:
    • Localize — choose a tier, then choose the total number of locales you want on your site
    • Analyze — choose the sessions quantity you'd like to add
    • Optimize — choose the monthly page view quantity you'd like to add
    • Bandwidth — choose the monthly bandwidth quantity you'd like to add
  4. Click Pay now to immediately charge the card on file

Note

Billing cycles for add-ons are determined by the billing cycle of your Site plan (e.g., if your Site plan has a monthly billing cycle, your add-on will also be billed monthly).

Upgrade or downgrade a site add-on

The path is the same whether you're moving up or down a tier. To upgrade or downgrade a site add-on:

  1. Go to Site settings > Plans > Add-ons tab
  2. Click Manage under the add-on you'd like to change
  3. Upgrade or downgrade your add-on as needed
  4. Click Pay now to immediately charge the card on file

Manage locales for your Localize add-on

Localize add-ons are charged per locale. You can set your total number of locales from the Locales dropdown, whether you're adding or removing.

Note

The number of locales you can add depends on your Localize add-on tier (i.e., Essential or Advanced), so adding locales may require upgrading your add-on first. Removing locales may let you downgrade your add-on after.

To change the number of locales on your Localize add-on:

  1. Go to Site settings > Plans > Add-ons tab
  2. Click Manage under Localize
  3. Click Manage locales under your current Localize add-on
  4. Use the Locales dropdown to choose the total number of locales you want on your site
  5. Click Pay now to immediately charge the card on file

Important

To reduce your locale count, you must first remove the secondary locales from your site in Webflow. Go to Localize panel > Locales, click the locale(s) you want to remove, and click the "trash" icon.

Cancel a site add-on

To cancel a site add-on:

  1. Go to Site settings > Plans > Add-ons tab
  2. Click Manage under the add-on you want to cancel
  3. Click Manage for the add-on you currently own
  4. Choose Remove add-on from the dropdown
  5. Click Confirm to immediately cancel your add-on

Canceling the Localize add-on:

You must remove all secondary locales from your site in Webflow before you can cancel the Localize add-on. To delete secondary locales, go to Localize panel > Locales, click a secondary locale, then click the "trash" icon.

Canceling the Analyze or Optimize add-on:

You must turn off Analyze/Optimize tracking and publish your site before you can cancel either add-on. Historic analytics data won't be available after you disable tracking. Learn how to turn off Analyze/Optimize tracking.

Manage Workspace add-ons

Workspace add-ons are managed at the Workspace level from Plans in Workspace settings.

Purchase or adjust the AI credits add-on

To add or adjust AI credits add-on, go to the dashboard, then:

  1. Click Plans
  2. Go down to AI Credit Packs
  3. Click Add credits
  4. Choose the monthly quantity you'd like
  5. Click Pay now to immediately charge the card on file

Cancel the AI credits add-on

To cancel AI credits, go to the dashboard, then:

  1. Click Plans
  2. Go down to AI Credit Packs
  3. Click Add credits
  4. Choose No additional credits
  5. Click Pay now
