Between July 28–31, Webflow experienced an availability disruption that affected access to certain parts of the platform. Hosted sites remained live, but some core functionality was temporarily unavailable — including the Designer, the dashboard and the Webflow Marketplace.
Current status: As of 8/8, all form submission replays have been completed.
What happened with form submissions during that time?
During the disruption, Webflow was unable to write some form submissions to our database in real-time.
To ensure your business didn’t lose any critical data, we’ve replayed and restored the affected submissions for impacted customers after the incident was resolved.
Why you might notice a spike in form submissions
If you’re seeing a higher volume of form submissions than expected in the days following the disruption, it’s likely due to our replay process. These are previously submitted forms that were queued and have now been delivered however because they were replayed, they did not go through our standard SPAM filters so you may see more form submissions than usual for the days for July 28th through 31st.
We’re here to help
