Scheduled publishing

Schedule new Collection items to be published at specific times.

Scheduled publishing lets you prepare new Collection items in advance and have them pushed live automatically, e.g., a new blog post, recipe, event, etc.

Note that scheduled Collection items are not affected by a manual site-wide publish. Only Collection items that are queued or not explicitly scheduled are published when a manual site-wide publish is triggered.

Important

Only Collection items that have never been published can be scheduled to publish at a future time. Scheduled publishing isn’t available on Starter or Basic Site plans.

Schedule your Collection item to be published

To schedule your Collection item for publishing, go to the Collection item and click the status dropdown in the top right corner. Choose Schedule and adjust the date and time (which are relative to your site’s configured time zone). Then click Schedule.

Note

If you don’t see the Schedule option, it means this item is or was previously published and can’t be scheduled.

Unschedule or reschedule your Collection item

You can unschedule items by saving them as drafts or queuing them for publish.

If an item is scheduled and hasn’t been published yet, you can choose to to save and reschedule it. To reschedule your Collection item, go to the Collection item and click the status dropdown in the top right corner. Choose Save and reschedule and adjust the date and time (which are relative to your site’s configured time zone), then click Schedule.
