Use save and publishing options to manage content on your site.
When you create a new Collection item or edit an existing one, you can choose from several saving and publishing options. These options give you full control over when and how your changes appear on your live site — whether you’re saving draft edits, scheduling an item to go live at a specific time, or publishing immediately. The available options include:

Saves the Collection item as a draft. The item won’t go live until you explicitly publish it, or queue it to publish and publish your site. |

Publishes the Collection item immediately, making it live on your site. |

Saves changes made to a live Collection item as a draft. Draft changes won’t go live until you explicitly publish the item, or queue it to publish and publish your site. |
Queue to publish |
Queued |
Queues the Collection item (along with draft changes) to be published with the next full-site publish. |

Draft or Draft changes

Removes the Collection item from the publishing queue. If the item is unpublished, it reverts to Draft. If live, it reverts to Draft changes.

Removes the Collection item from the live site immediately and reverts it to Draft.

Schedule |
Scheduled [date/time] (becomes Published once the item is live)

Sets the Collection item to publish automatically at a specified date and time. Once live, the status updates to Published.
