Integrate Webflow Optimize with HubSpot

Updated

Learn how to integrate HubSpot with Webflow Optimize.

Integrating Webflow Optimize with HubSpot lets you import your contact lead info to unlock more focused audience targeting and granular reporting capabilities. You can also track forms so that you can report on and optimize for form submissions.

How to import HubSpot data into Webflow

Someone with HubSpot admin permissions needs to sign in to grant Webflow Optimize access. You can then import up to 20 properties per record (e.g., Companies, Contacts, or Deals).

To import HubSpot data into Webflow, first go to the Webflow Designer, then:

  1. Open the Insights panel
  2. Go to Integrations > HubSpot
  3. Click Sign in to HubSpot
  4. Sign in
  5. Click Connect app
  6. Click Import under a record (e.g. Contacts)
  7. Choose the properties to import
  8. Click Save

Note

The import process can take up to 30 minutes to complete.

How to track form submissions

You can track a HubSpot form to add form submissions from that form as a goal for reporting and optimization purposes.

Note

You can track up to 20 forms that are embedded on your website (i.e., external forms). Other form types, like HubSpot-hosted (i.e., standalone) forms, are not supported.

To track form submissions:

  1. Open the Insights panel
  2. Go to Integrations > HubSpot
  3. Click Select the forms to track
  4. Choose the forms you want to track
  5. Click Save
